Question: I want to record video games in good quality... help me?

Okay, so I've decided that I'm either going to get a Dazzle. Or a DVD recorder of some sort and just transfer the media from writable discs. But the thing is, I can't decide. Which one is better? And with the one you recommend, what will I need to successfully record my gameplay in rich quality and upload it to YouTube? Like, accessories and stuff. The consoles I want to record are Wii, GameCube, PS2, PS3, N64 and SNES. Also, my computer runs Windows Vista. But yeah... I'm so lost. LOL. PLEASE HELP! :( Thanks. Oh yeah and tell me how to use it!
