Question: Good way to record video games?

Im trying to find a way to get the footage directly from my Tv (good quality) through a screen recorder onto my computer. Ive considered Dazzle but what else is there? Also the footage needs to be originally off of my tv, so recording the Tv then putting it onto the computer

Get hyper cam, its a really good program that can capture things and turn into a video, really easy to use. but since when you download hypercam, its unregistered. then go to youtube, then search hypercam serial etc... they should come up then its like... spectacular then ever and your problems solve -Andy Please best answer desperate for points

Ther are capture cards, I'm not really sure how they work but I've heard that a lot of Machinima makers use them

You can use a capture card or as you said a dazzle they have good quality but if your going to go old fashioned then a camera with a tripod
