You don't. Any site that promises that is lying. Big name companies -never- let the public test games in alpha. What you're probably thinking of is testing beta games which companies occasionally release to select PC users before the game ships. Actual game testers play games in what's called "alpha " which is when the game is nowhere near finished you and you simply play the exactly same spot of a game hundreds of times and write up reports about each time you go through. This is done in-house.
