Question: How can i go about getting a video game made with my characters, story, world, etc.?

I tried making a video game once and got sidetracked and blah blah blah etc etc. My plan was to send it to Sony and have it made into a PS2, 3 or PSP Game. But you can send it to Nintendo, Microsoft, wherever. I guess it all depends on what system you want it to be played on. Or maybe send to all of em?
